These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ragnarok Survivors: Valhalla and set out your relationship with DKIT AS, Oslo, Norway.

1. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Access and age

You confirm you are at least 18 years old or otherwise authorized to accept these terms on behalf of a minor. Access may be suspended at any time.

3. Service and links

The service may include links to third-party websites and tools. Those external services are outside the Company’s control and have their own legal terms and policies.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access with immediate effect for policy violations or abusive use.

5. Liability limits and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid and all goods and services are provided on an "as is" basis.

These Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the current version.
